Dealer Agreement

Dealer shall agree to and meet the following terms and conditions:
  • Dealer must be a retail store, service and repair facility, or internet based commerce business, with a physical warehouse facility, primarily servicing the motorcycle market.
  • Dealer must provide a valid federal tax ID number
  • Dealer must provide a valid credit card to process all orders
  • Dealer agrees to acquire MachineartMoto Products solely for resale to end-user customers from Dealer's locations or websites.
  • Dealer agrees not to advertise any products purchased from Machineart, Inc. below the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) as defined in the MachineartMoto Dealer Price sheet, except as may be permitted by Machineart, Inc, in writing.
    • The MSRP applies strictly to advertised prices, and will not restrict the Dealer's ability to determine its own resale prices.
  • Dealer agrees not to make any claims or features of MachineartMoto Products not provided in writing directly from Machineart, Inc.
  • Dealer agrees not to alter, modify, reverse engineer, or reproduce MachineartMoto Products.
  • Dealer agrees to use any Machineart, MachineartMoto, and/or MaMo logos and trademarks solely for the advertising and sale of MachineartMoto Products.
  • Dealer agrees to subscribe to MachineartMoto's email communications as a mandatory component of the registration process, ensuring regular updates, announcements, and relevant information are received from MachineartMoto.
